Blueberry Protein Smoothie

I only like my fruit in smoothies… so here is my to-go smoothie recipe.

Ingredients:

Spinach

Frozen or Fresh Blueberries

Protein Powder (my favorite is vega)

Non-Dairy Milk

Optional: stevia/honey for added sweetness

Instructions:

Pour milk, blueberries, protein powder, and spinach in a blender and enjoy!
