Vegan Banana Bread

I love baking but I’m not typically a follow directions type of gal…..

So this is more or less what I did...

Ingredients:

4 medium ripe bananas

1/4 cup of oil (any kind of oil— I like avocado or coconut)

1/4 cup of non-dairy milk (I use almond)

1/2 cup of brown sugar

2 tsp of vanilla extract

2 cups of flour

1 tsp of baking soda

a pinch of salt

Instructions:

1) Preheat the oven to 350 or don’t, I never do.

2) Butter a 9x5 pan and then flour.

3) Mix together in a bowl, mashed bananas, brown sugar, oil, vanilla, and non-dairy milk. Stir until creamy.

4) Add in the flour, baking soda, salt, and stir.

5) Pour the batter into your 9x5 pan.

6) Bake for 45-50 minutes or until you can stick a fork in it and there’s no batter on the fork.
