Just Egg Review

I love/loved eggs and tofu scramble doesn’t always do it for me. When Ju.st came out with a vegan egg substitute I had to try it! It’s made with mung beans and turmeric. I still sometimes cheat and eat regular eggs (Love my egg and cheeses in NY) But when I’m being good this does the trick. It has the taste and texture of eggs. One caveat: I have difficulty preventing the eggs from sticking to the pan and I have no idea how to make an omelette with it. If anyone has any tips and tricks they use when cooking with Just Eggs, let a girl know.

Other than that, I one hundred percent recommend
