Zoodles with Red Sauce

Ingredients:

Zoodles (suggestions: Green Giant, Wegmans )

Sauce (suggestions:Primal Kitchen Tomato Basil, Primal Kitchen Roasted Garlic,)

Meat crumbles (suggestions: Beyond Meat )

Olive Oil

Garlic

Salt and Pepper

Instructions:

Heat up the olive oil in a pan on medium heat.

Add a cup of zoodles and cover with a lid (the steam makes the zoodles softer).

In another pan cook heat up olive oil on medium heat and cook the meat crumbles.

Finally, add the red sauce, a diced clove of garlic, and salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the sauce into the pan with the zoodles and stir.
