Vegan Egg Nog

Egg nog is a Christmas staple but here’s a twist, it’s vegan!

Ingredients:

Vegan eggs substitute (suggestions: Bob's Red Mill, Egg Replacer)

1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

1/4 cup of sugar

3 cups of dairy-free milk (suggestions: Planet Oat, Trader Joe’s Oat Milk, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze, Silk Almond Milk)

Almond or Oat whipped cream (suggestions

Optional: alcohol (rum, whiskey or baileys)

Instructions:

Mix the vegan eggs together and let them settle

Put the eggs, dairy free milk, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in the blender

Blend it all together

refrigerate for an hour

Serve with whipped cream
